Really good Stay in the Heart of it All

I appreciated the complimentary transfers to Kite Beach and the well-known mall. The convenience was a huge plus (it really saved time). My room had a king size bed and offered a downtown view, i enjoyed it. The hotel staff was always helpful, especially with directions and recommendations for local attractions.
I experienced some noise from the hallway.

The staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to Dubai Mall. The room had modern, quirky touches. The bathroom offered great water pressure. It was beautiful and spacious.
The hotel had issues with sound insulation. Every door opening and closing in the hallway was audible. This was uncomfortable.

the staff were sweet and friendly, and they provided excellent service throughout. i especially appreciated dhiraj, who helped me clean my room every day with his professional approach.
I found the sound insulation to be an issue. I could hear doors opening and closing in the hallway. this was a bit uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax at times.
